Prepare a very fine mixture of fresh parsley and garlic
Pour the mixture into a small bowl and add 2 spoonfuls of breadcrumbs, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt and a few tablespoons of oil
Mix well to obtain a mixture that you will spread over the mushroom caps
Season them also with a pinch of oregano, drizzle with a little oil and bake them in a moderately hot oven (160 degrees) for about 15 minutes
