Mix the flour with warm salted water
Work it on the pastry board until it no longer sticks to your hands, form a dough ball and let it rest for 15 minutes
Divide it into 12 portions, shape them into balls and roll them out on the floured pastry board until you obtain disks about 15 cm in diameter
Cook the tortillas for 1 minute on each side on a hot cast-iron griddle and wrap them one by one in aluminum foil to keep them warm
