For the fudge: Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and then add the condensed milk.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours in a baking pan, well leveled (more or less it should remain at a height of 1 cm)
For the mochi: Put everything on the stove over low heat and stir until it becomes a smooth, sticky dough. At that point, remove from the heat and place on a silicone mat with starch to roll it out
Make fudge cubes and work them by hand together with the mochi mixture (rolling it out thin and tearing off pieces)
The more fun you have and the more "mappazzoni" you make, the prettier they will be. Then skewer them, put them back in the fridge, because by now the fudge will have warmed up too much.
Take them out again and brush them with the two jams mixed together (mainly the apricot one) and warmed with a little water.
