
Blu di Veja is a cheese made from cow's milk aged in white wine and one of the flagship products of Corrado Benedetti's selection. A blue cheese with a compact and firm paste, made with only cow's milk produced by a small dairy in the Gorgonzola area. A very good semi-cooked cow's milk cheese, blue veined and aged between 30 and 60 days, enriched with a dip in white wine for at least another month. At first glance, it looks like a Gorgonzola, but it isn't.
