During a picnic in the Dolomites, Antonio Carpenedo happened to meet a master brewer who piqued his curiosity. Passionately, he introduced him to a largely unfamiliar world, beer. This is where Antonio recognizes himself and decides to transfer the flavor of this Dolomite beer to his cheese.
