During a picnic in the Dolomites, Antonio Carpenedo happened to meet a master brewer capable of sparking his curiosity. He passionately introduced him to a world that was largely unknown to him: beer. Beer made with passion, combining local products such as barley and mountain water. A product created according to nature's timing and with the patience of those who know how to wait for the right moment. This is where Antonio recognizes himself and decides to transfer the flavor of this Dolomite beer to his cheese.
