Finely chop an onion, add it to the meat, salt, pepper and mix
Shape into meatballs and coat them in flour
Melt the butter in a saucepan, place the meatballs in it and cook them
When they are ready, remove them from the heat and keep them warm
In the same butter, soften the chopped onion, moisten with wine and broth, add the finely chopped parsley and let it thicken
