Chocolate Pralines are delicious chocolate sweets perfect for treating yourself at any time. These pralines are made with a combination of sweetened cocoa, dark chocolate, crackers, toasted hazelnuts, sugar, whole egg, melted butter, milk, and rum. In a bowl, mix the crackers and the hazelnuts chopped with a grinder
Add the raw egg (if desired, you can whip the white until stiff) the melted but cold butter the sweetened cocoa the sugar the rum and a little milk. Mix well
If the dough is too dry, add a little milk
It should be a smooth, moist dough, but not too wet

Put the pralines in the freezer for a few hours
Before serving, let them thaw; they should remain soft but not cold (about 1 or 2 hours)
