Fruit zuccotto is a typical dessert of the Italian tradition. It is a fresh and colorful dessert, perfect for summer. It is made with ladyfingers soaked in rum and maraschino, whipped cream, strawberries, raspberries, banana, and other fruit of choice. Everything is then topped with grated dark chocolate.
Brush the ladyfingers with a mixture of rum, maraschino, and water, and use part of them to line a zuccotto mold. Whip the cream and fold into half of it the strawberries, raspberries, banana slices, and chocolate
Fill the mold with the mixture, cover with more ladyfingers, and refrigerate for 24 hours
Spread the surface with the remaining cream and decorate with fruit
