Every product available on the marketplace is listed and sold by a partner seller indicated on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is carried out by the seller, who becomes the party responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is handled directly by the seller partner. The package leaves the seller's warehouse, or its logistics network, and is handed over to the carrier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by those who actually have the product available.
On the product page you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information according to the data provided by the seller or manufacturer, i.e. the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend that you carefully check the product page before purchasing and contact the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote and make Italian food Made in Italy more accessible. We select e-commerce food sellers with coherent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is linked to an identifiable seller and a complete information sheet: we want buying here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and the destination. At checkout you will always find the current delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and the carrier.

Prepare the shortcrust pastry first
Quickly knead the flour, butter, sugar, salt and egg yolks with your fingertips so as not to warm the dough too much, then gather it into a ball, wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Meanwhile prepare the cream by mixing the sugar with the cornstarch and yolks and diluting everything with the juice of the three lemons; flavor the cream with the grated zest of the lemons
Place over low heat, stirring constantly; after about ten minutes a barely noticeable simmer will begin, cook for about 2 minutes
Once the resting time is over, take the shortcrust pastry out of the fridge, roll it out and line a buttered and floured tin with it
Prick the pastry with a fork, cover it with baking paper and fill the tart with dried beans
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes, then remove the paper and beans and let it cool
Fill the tart with the lemon cream
Whisk the 4 egg whites until stiff, then gradually fold in the icing sugar; using a spoon, spread the meringue over the tart
Place under a very hot grill and remove when the meringue has set and appears lightly colored
Serve the tart cold
Blender
Non-stick pan
Piping bag
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
You can decorate the tart with grated lemon zest
