Linguine with crab meat is an Italian first course made with linguine pasta dressed with crab meat, olive oil, chopped parsley, garlic, dry white wine, brandy, cream, curry, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. This dish is very tasty and creamy, perfect for a special lunch or dinner.
Pour the oil, the chopped parsley and garlic, the 1/2 glass of white wine and the crab meat into a pan and put the pan over high heat
Once it starts boiling, uncover and let the wine evaporate, lowering the flame
At this point pour in the brandy, raise the heat, add a little salt, plenty of pepper, the two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce and the curry previously dissolved in a little hot water
Let cook for a few minutes, add the cream, stir and turn off the heat
When the linguine are cooked, drain them and pour them into the pan with the sauce kept warm
Mix well and serve
