Rabbit meat loaf is a tasty first course typical of Italian cuisine. Made with boneless rabbit meat, onions, bread, milk and spices, it is enriched with bacon cut into strips that adds flavor and softness to the meat loaf. The raw grated potatoes and butter make the meat loaf even juicier. This dish, with its unique flavor, is an excellent alternative to classic meatballs.
