Spiced Scaloppine are a delicious traditional Italian dish. The thin slices of pork neck are marinated in a blend of aromatic spices, such as rosemary, sage, bay leaf and juniper, which give them a unique flavor. After marinating, the scaloppine are coated in flour and then sautéed in a pan with a delicious orange sauce. The result is a tender and tasty dish that will please the whole family.

Every product available on the marketplace is listed and sold by a partner seller indicated on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is carried out by the seller, who becomes the party responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is handled directly by the seller partner. The package leaves the seller's warehouse, or its logistics network, and is handed over to the carrier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by those who actually have the product available.
On the product page you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information according to the data provided by the seller or manufacturer, i.e. the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend that you carefully check the product page before purchasing and contact the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote and make Italian food Made in Italy more accessible. We select e-commerce food sellers with coherent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is linked to an identifiable seller and a complete information sheet: we want buying here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and the destination. At checkout you will always find the current delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and the carrier.
Peel the onions, rinse them carefully under running water and dry them with paper towels
Then on a cutting board, slice them very thinly and pour them into a large pan, preferably nonstick, in which you will have previously melted and heated the butter and olive oil
Let the onion brown and shortly after add all the other spices
Almost at the same time, on a flat serving plate dusted with flour, coat the meat slices on both sides and dip them into the pan with the rest of the aromas
Brown and flavor the slices, turning them from time to time with the help of two forks, and when they are golden brown, drizzle them with the previously strained orange juice and let them flavor for a few more minutes
When cooking is complete, remove them from the heat and place them on a serving platter, spooning over the sauce from the cooking and seasoning with a little fine salt
Serve them immediately hot
Suggestion: before drizzling the meat slices and serving them at the table, I suggest straining the cooking sauce with a sieve to prevent the spices from ending up on the plate or being accidentally chewed
