Mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.
Pour in the oil and water, stirring until smooth.
Melt the dark chocolate and add it to the batter.
Grease a 24 cm cake pan or line it with baking paper.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a static oven at 170°C for 45-50 minutes.
Check doneness with the skewer test.
Let cool, unmold, and transfer the cake to a serving plate.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
