
Filled protein chocolates, lactose-free and vegan, with a crunchy peanut butter and protein powder center, coated in dark chocolate. Ideal as a pre-workout snack.

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add a teaspoon of coconut oil, mixing well.
Pour a first thin layer of melted chocolate into muffin molds or chocolate molds and let it set in the freezer for 3-4 minutes.
Mix the crunchy peanut butter with the lactose-free whey protein until you obtain a smooth filling.
Fill the molds with the peanut butter mixture, leaving room for the second layer of chocolate.
Cover with a second layer of melted chocolate to seal the chocolates.
Place back in the freezer for about 10 minutes until completely firm, then unmold and serve.
