Mix well with a whisk until you obtain a smooth, creamy mixture.
Pour the mixture into a glass or cup.
Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour to let the mousse set.
Once set, decorate the top with unsweetened cocoa powder and apricots (or the fruit you prefer).
