
Apricots cut in half and filled with hazelnut protein cream, topped with a walnut. A low carb, sugar-free protein snack, ideal for breakfast, pre-workout, or as a snack.

Take the apricots and cut them in half.
Remove the pit from each half.
Fill the cavity of each half with the low carb hazelnut protein cream (about 20 g in total for 3 apricots).
Top each half with half a walnut or a whole walnut, to taste.
Consume immediately or store in the refrigerator until serving.
