Chestnut Tortelli are a typical dessert of Italian cuisine, mainly popular during the Christmas period. These delicious sweets are made with a sweet, soft chestnut cream wrapped in a sheet of pastry. They are perfect to enjoy during the winter holidays.
Arrange the flour in a well, add the yeast, sugar, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 egg white, vodka and melted butter
Mix together and form a dough ball
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm, place spoonfuls of chestnut cream on it, fold the dough over and make the tortelli
Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes
