Chicken with Juniper is a tasty meat dish, typical of the Tuscany region. Clean the chicken, flame it, wash it and dry it
Open it and flatten it slightly, then stuff it with the peeled lemon, the garlic cut into thin slices and the washed berries; salt and pepper
Reassemble the chicken, tie it, salt the outside and put it in a hot oven at 180 degrees
Cook for 40 minutes
Remove it from the oven, turn it over and cook for another 20 minutes
Untie it, remove the lemon and garlic and serve hot cut into pieces
