Dissolve the sugar over the heat with a little water until you obtain a syrup to pour into a bowl.
Peel the kiwis, cut them into slices, and blend them. Set some pieces aside.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar syrup until you have a soft, frothy cream.
Whip the cream and combine it with the kiwi puree and the cream.
Mix and place in the freezer for at least 1/2 hour.
