Nutella Sacher Cake is an irresistible and indulgent dessert. Prepared with a soft chocolate base and filled with plenty of Nutella, it is a true delight for those with a sweet tooth. Perfect for a special occasion or an indulgent snack.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a saucepan with two tablespoons of water
Let it cool
Whip the egg whites until stiff
Work the butter until creamy, then add the melted chocolate, the egg yolks, the whipped egg whites, and the sugar
Fold in the flour and vanilla sugar, then mix well
Butter and flour a cake pan about 20 cm in diameter and pour in the mixture
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half
Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the pan and cut it horizontally to form two discs
Spread the Nutella over half of the cake and place the second half on top
Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan with the water and add the sugar
Cook for 10 minutes from the moment it comes to a boil
Spread the mixture over the cake and let it set
