Rolled lamb is a tasty dish typical of Italian cuisine. Prepared with boneless lamb shoulder and stuffed with a delicious mixture of ingredients, this dish is perfect for special occasions. The aroma of herbs such as marjoram and rosemary pairs perfectly with the tenderness and flavor of the lamb. The peas add a touch of sweetness and color to the dish. Serve rolled lamb as a main course accompanied by seasonal vegetable side dishes.
Every product available on the marketplace is listed and sold by a partner seller indicated on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is carried out by the seller, who becomes the party responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is handled directly by the seller partner. The package leaves the seller's warehouse, or its logistics network, and is handed over to the carrier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by those who actually have the product available.
On the product page you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information according to the data provided by the seller or manufacturer, i.e. the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend that you carefully check the product page before purchasing and contact the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote and make Italian food Made in Italy more accessible. We select e-commerce food sellers with coherent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is linked to an identifiable seller and a complete information sheet: we want buying here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and the destination. At checkout you will always find the current delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and the carrier.

Beat the meat to obtain a wide slice.
Cut the carrot and celery into small cubes and soften them for a few minutes with a chopped garlic clove and a spoonful of oil.
Add the peas boiled in salted water and drained, the bread crumb soaked in milk and squeezed out, chopped marjoram and parsley, and finally the egg.
Adjust with salt and pepper and, if necessary, add a little more bread crumb or milk to obtain a mixture of the right consistency.
Place the filling in the center of the meat, roll everything up, and tie with kitchen twine, closing the roast well at the ends.
Brown the meat with the remaining garlic, oil, and rosemary and cook over moderate heat for about 45 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before untying the meat and slicing it.
At the end of cooking, the lamb meat should be slightly pink so that it stays tender and flavorful.
