Two-Color Nutella Biscuits are delicious cookies made with two different doughs: one plain and one cocoa-based. These biscuits are filled with Nutella and perfect for an indulgent snack.
Combine all the ingredients except Nutella in a bowl and knead everything, finishing the work on a pastry board
Divide the dough into two equal parts and incorporate the Nutella into one of them
Form 1 cm-thick bars in equal numbers for each color and cut them into sticks
Brush the sticks with lightly beaten egg white and stack them alternately, two plain and two Nutella-filled, obtaining small loaves
Cut the loaves into 1 cm-thick slices and bake the biscuits at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
