Watermelon gelo is a fresh and sweet dessert, typical of Sicilian tradition. Made with watermelon pulp, sugar and orange blossom water, it is a real delight to enjoy in summer.
Pass the watermelon pulp, after removing the seeds, through a sieve; add the sugar, orange blossom water, cinnamon stick, chopped chocolate and candied citron cut into dice
Let it rest for 30 minutes, then remove the cinnamon
Pour into a mold and place in the refrigerator until the mixture has set
