Each product available on the platform is listed and sold by a partner seller identified on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is made by the seller, who becomes responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.
On the product page, you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information based on the data provided by the seller or producer, namely the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote Italian food and make it more accessible. We select sellers in the food e-commerce sector with consistent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is associated with an identifiable seller and a complete information page: we want shopping here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and destination. At checkout, you will always find an updated delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and courier.

Mozzarella in Carrozza is a great classic of Italian culinary tradition, especially beloved in the south of the country. Crispy golden shells encase a stringy mozzarella center, creating an irresistible appetizer, perfect to serve during an aperitif or to enrich an informal dinner.
Portion: the weight of the ingredients divided by 6 portions, excluding ingredients marked “to taste” and those not considered by the analysis, such as broth. It does not change with the portion selector.
Step 1 of 7: Drain the Costanzo mozzarella well and pat it dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the mozzarella into slices about 1 cm thick.
Step 2 of 7: Arrange 4 slices of bread on a flat surface. Place the mozzarella slices on 4 of the bread slices and cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread, creating 4 sandwiches.
Step 3 of 7: Prepare three plates: one with the flour, one with the beaten eggs mixed with the 2 tablespoons of milk, and one with the breadcrumbs. Coat each sandwich first in the flour, making sure it is well covered.
Step 4 of 7: Then dip it into the egg mixture, allowing it to be absorbed evenly. Finally, coat it with the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly so they adhere well.
Step 5 of 7: Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot enough, approximately 170°C, fry the sandwiches a few at a time until golden and crisp, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Step 6 of 7: Drain the sandwiches on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Step 7 of 7: Serve the mozzarella in carrozza hot, garnished with sprigs of fresh parsley if desired.
