In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

Work all the ingredients gradually using a whisk until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous batter with no lumps.
Spoon into the Mini Donuts mold or into muffin cups, or make a cookie cake in a 22 cm springform pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
