Each product available on the platform is listed and sold by a partner seller identified on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is made by the seller, who becomes responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.
On the product page, you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information based on the data provided by the seller or producer, namely the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote Italian food and make it more accessible. We select sellers in the food e-commerce sector with consistent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is associated with an identifiable seller and a complete information page: we want shopping here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and destination. At checkout, you will always find an updated delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and courier.

Soft mini focaccias are tasty rustic snacks, perfect to accompany an aperitif with friends, to serve instead of bread, or as a snack for little ones. They are super soft and have the irresistible scent of rosemary: a simple and tasty recipe!
Portion: the weight of the ingredients divided by 12 portions, excluding ingredients marked “to taste” and those not considered by the analysis, such as broth. It does not change with the portion selector.
Step 1 of 10: Decide whether to knead by hand or with a mixer; pour the flour into a bowl or the stand mixer, add the yeast, and mix while gradually pouring in the water. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 10: After the time is up, add the salt and knead until it becomes a smooth dough (at least 10-15 minutes).
Step 3 of 10: The dough should be slightly sticky to the hands; let it rest for another 30 minutes, then do one fold.
Step 4 of 10: Let it rest again, covered with plastic wrap, in the turned-off oven for at least one hour or until doubled in volume.
Step 5 of 10: Then divide the dough into equal portions and place them inside muffin molds previously oiled or sprayed with non-stick spray.
Step 6 of 10: Let the mini focaccias rise until doubled, always in a warm environment (it will take about 30 minutes). When they have puffed up, make grooves with your fingers on the surface of each muffin.
Step 7 of 10: Season with coarse salt, and rosemary if you like it.
Step 8 of 10: Steam-bake for 20 minutes in an oven heated to 220°C. (Put a bowl with boiling water in the oven, full of water, to create steam)
Step 9 of 10: Remove from the oven and let cool outside the pan for at least 10 minutes.
Step 10 of 10: Your mini focaccias are ready!
