Among others, notes of plums and black cherries and a sweet spiciness infused by the ancient woods in which it rested can be detected. An extraordinary Modena PGI balsamic vinegar, produced in limited quantities thanks to a single annual drawing from the oldest and finest barrels in the family collection dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, in which the aging takes place.
