Directions for use As a seasoning: pour Well Rich Fish Fumet directly over preparations, before or during cooking, as a complete or partial replacement for salt. Ideal for preparing fish-based dishes such as sauces, risottos, soups, pasta cooked in a pan, stewed and baked fish main courses, fish fillings, sous-vide cooking and marinades. Add a little water if necessary. One tray is ideal for 4 servings. To prepare the base sauce, for accompanying or decorating fish-based dishes, add up to 500 g of water and/or another liquid and other ingredients as desired to one tray. If necessary, boil until the desired consistency and flavour are reached. By increasing or decreasing the amount of water, the desired flavour intensity can be obtained.
